Orders that have already been shipped or are in the process of being prepared for shipment cannot be canceled.
Customized or personalized items that have entered production cannot be canceled.
If your order is canceled within the specified time frame and has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
